Job Summary

Prosegur Singapore is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the seamless delivery of security services, and driving business growth within their assigned accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of security operations and a proven track record in client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across multiple client sites. Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with Prosegur's services.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of assigned security sites. This includes ensuring adequate manpower deployment, adherence to operational procedures, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. Your experience as an Ops Executive will be highly valuable here.
• Service Delivery Excellence: Proactively identify and address any operational challenges or service gaps. Implement corrective actions to ensure consistent service quality and client retention.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional security solutions to existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to expand Prosegur's service offerings within your accounts.
• Contract Management: Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations. Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure performance targets are met.
• Financial Acumen: Manage account profitability, monitor budgets, and provide accurate financial forecasts for your assigned portfolio.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including operations, human resources, and finance, to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and operational metrics for senior management.
• Risk Management: Identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities at client sites and collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, operations management, or a related field within the security industry or a related service-oriented sector.
• Proven experience in managing multiple operational sites and ensuring efficient manpower deployment is essential. Experience as an Ops Executive is highly relevant.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent understanding of security operations, risk assessment, and best practices.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• A proactive, results-oriented, and client-focused approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field is preferred.
