We are in search of a new team member to join us as an Account Manager!
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing existing projects: Responsible for organizing project activities, work schedules, resources, and budgeting
- Leading teams while regularly monitoring and maintaining KPIs
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and ensuring project alignment with their requirements
- Managing project budgets
- Responsible for maintaining high-quality company services
- Working on improving project processes and work systems
- Regular reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree – preferably in management or economics
- Necessary experience in sales or customer service
- Experience in team management
- Organizational and communication skills
- Multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced computer skills, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced knowledge of English language
