Account Manager (Small Business)

We are inviting a motivated and sales-oriented person to join our team to work with the small business segment.
Your tasks will include:
- selling banking products to clients in the small business segment,
- concluding credit and other banking agreements with clients,
- actively seeking business opportunities and acquiring new clients,
- establishing and long-term management of client relationships,
- identifying client needs and preparing appropriate financial solutions.
We expect:
- at least a VI. level of education in economics or another relevant field,
- a strong focus on customer service and the ability to work in a team,
- a responsible, proactive, and self-initiated approach to work,
- a sales-oriented mindset and developed communication and negotiation skills,
- good organization and reliability,
- licenses for marketing investment services and for insurance product brokerage are desirable.
