I opened my State Farm agency in Austin in 2014, and one thing I've learned is that a successful agency starts with great people.
I'm originally from Louisiana, a proud LSU alum, and married with two kids and our Golden Retriever, Bogie. I believe in creating a positive workplace where people enjoy coming to work, support each other, and take pride in helping customers.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Great account management isn't just about keeping customers. It's about helping them protect more of what matters.
We're looking for an experienced insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and growing existing accounts.
You'll work with our established customer base to understand changing needs, conduct coverage reviews, and recommend appropriate auto, home, renters, and life insurance.
Life insurance is a major priority. We want someone who's confident discussing life coverage, recognizing opportunities, and asking for the sale.
This role combines account management, customer retention, and insurance sales with clear performance goals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Account Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Coverage Reviews: Identify gaps and recommend appropriate protection.

Insurance Sales: Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand customer protection.

Life Insurance: Proactively discuss life coverage and close sales.

Customer Retention: Help customers understand their coverage and maintain long-term relationships.

Follow-Up: Contact customers regarding policy reviews, renewals, and sales opportunities.

Accountability: Maintain accurate records and meet service and sales goals.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Qualifications
- Previous insurance sales experience.
- Active Texas Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
- Experience quoting and selling personal lines insurance.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
- Confidence discussing life insurance and asking for the sale.
- Ability to manage customer accounts and meet sales goals.
- Dependable, motivated, coachable, and customer-focused.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of insurance sales or account management experience.
- State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, Nationwide, or comparable agency experience.
- Proven success with customer retention, cross-selling, and life insurance production.
SIGNING BONUS OPPORTUNITY
Up to $5,000 for qualified, experienced insurance professionals!
$5,000 | Experienced State Farm Producers
- 4+ years of recent State Farm agency experience, including 2+ years of demonstrated P&C sales production.
- Active Texas P&C and Life & Health licenses.
- Proven auto, home, and life insurance sales results.
$2,500 | Experienced Insurance Producers
- 2+ years of recent insurance sales experience with Allstate, Farmers, Nationwide, American Family, or a comparable agency.
- Active Texas P&C and Life & Health licenses.
- Demonstrated personal lines sales production.
Payment Schedule

$5,000 Bonus: $2,000 after 6 months; $3,000 after 12 months.

$2,500 Bonus: $1,000 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.
Bonuses are not cumulative. Payments are subject to eligibility, continued employment, satisfactory performance, and a written bonus agreement.
