As an Account Manager, you manage client relationships, oversee landscape, snow, and property management services, and ensure high-quality service delivery. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of landscape and property management, and the ability to cultivate long-term client partnerships.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their landscaping and property management needs and expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

Sales and Renewal

  • Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or enhancements to current agreements.

Team Coordination:

  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and strong communication.
  • Collaborate with your Production Supervisor to dispatch daily for crews performing work on your client’s properties.
  • Oversee a service schedule and hold timely meetings with the production supervisor to schedule work on your client's properties.
  • Coordinate with landscaping crew, property management crews, snow removal crews, and subcontractors to ensure service execution meets client expectations.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in client handoff meetings with the sales team and the production supervisor to meet new clients and understand the property scope of work.
  • Participate in monthly divisional meetings with the account management team.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of job notes, budgets, and client interactions.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management regarding project status and client feedback.
  • Review work tickets regularly to ensure accurate material, subcontractor, and time allocations and update statuses.

Leadership

  • Conduct bi-annual performance reviews of the production supervisor and participate in performance reviews of landscape maintenance field staff working in your assigned zone pod.
  • Conduct monthly check-ins with the production supervisor.
  • All other duties as assigned.
