We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working closely with interior designers, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders, and who have a passion for materials, design, and business development.
Job Description
Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, developers, and project stakeholders.
Manage key accounts and provide regular follow-ups to develop long-term business partnerships.
Conduct product presentations, material consultations, and project discussions with clients.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow sales and market presence.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and project opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Provide product recommendations and technical guidance based on project requirements.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project pipelines, and sales activities.
Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, networking sessions, and product launches when required.
Job Requirements
Strong interest in interior materials, decorative surfaces, architecture, or design-related industries.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Independent, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
Good project follow-through and ability to manage multiple ongoing accounts.
Experience in building materials, interior products, or related industries is an advantage
Candidates with a valid Class 3 driving licence and access to a vehicle will be eligible for a car allowance.
