Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Managing Director in developing, implementing and monitoring the compliance of internal control policies and procedures
• Prepare Feasibility study for company prospective projects.
• Review consolidated financial statements, management reports and budget variance analysis of the Group
• Coordinate, participate and deliver insights into the financial reports in the management meeting and board meeting
• Manage relationship with external auditors for financial audits
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, analysis and presentation to Management
• Oversee the costing function for the Built Industries activities in Singapore
• Supervision of local & overseas Accounts staff with full spectrum of accounting responsibilities
• Perform any other tasks as the need arises
• Lead the Company Admin, Finance and HR Departments.
• Assist the Group in debt and fund raising when required.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, business, business administration or related field with at least 5 years of working experience, including experience in built industries costing, tender and supervisory experience.
• Familiar with Debts & Loans in Singapore banking context.
