Account Manager (with Romanian proficiency)

Currently we are looking for a new team member to support our clients from Romania and Moldova.

You will be responsible for managing the entire client lifecycle, from the initial contact to ongoing support.
Communicating with clients via chat and phone.
Assisting clients with website setup and answering their questions.
Creating tasks for the team, coordinating their execution, and monitoring progress.

Requirements:
Romanian language proficiency – Excellent written and spoken Romanian, with the ability to express thoughts clearly and communicate effectively.
Website administration experience will be a plus – Any hands-on experience working with website admin panels or content management systems (CMS).
Basic web technology knowledge – Understanding of how websites work and familiarity with the fundamentals of web technologies.
