Account & Payroll Executive
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and supporting documentation.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Maintain payroll records, employee compensation data, allowances, deductions, overtime, bonuses, and leave balances.
- Calculate statutory deductions, taxes, social security, provident fund, and other payroll-related contributions.
- Coordinate with HR regarding new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, promotions, and employee benefit changes.
- Respond to employee payroll enquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Ensure payroll documentation is properly maintained and securely filed.
- Perform administrative duties such as maintaining employee database, employment contract, employment welfare, and sorting emails for the HR department.
- Assist with administrative work for Account and HR of the Company.
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
- Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the oil & gas or energy sector.
- Knowledge of Indonesian payroll is an advantage.
- Fluency with MS Office Software.
- Proactive and self-initiative.
- Demonstrates a high level of teamwork.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and good communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for professional documentation and presentation purposes.
