PATHS, LLC is seeking a reliable and patient-focused Account Representative / Runner to support our healthcare clients from our Cherry Hill, NJ office, with travel to hospital facilities in Pennsylvania as needed.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working directly with patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and serving as a key liaison between hospitals, insurance providers, and internal teams. The Account Representative / Runner plays an essential role in patient advocacy and medical assistance support across multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with applying for medical assistance and benefit programs
- Counsel patients on medical bills, insurance coverage, and available financial resources
- Work collaboratively with patients, physicians, nursing staff, pharmaceutical providers, and insurance companies
- Serve as a runner between client facilities as needed to support operational needs
- Travel to hospital and healthcare client sites in Pennsylvania as required (mileage reimbursed)
- Accurately document patient interactions and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
