ACCOUNT/SALES MANAGER (FACTORY AUTOMATION) – 5 DAYS
We are looking for an Account/Sales Manager to grow business across Factory Automation, Energy, and BMS sectors, building strong relationships with panel builders, system integrators, and consultants while driving strategic account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Factory Automation, Energy, and BMS sectors
Build relationships with panel builders, system integrators, consultants, and key stakeholders
Deliver technical presentations and pre-sales support to communicate product value effectively
Develop account plans aligned with regional growth targets, collaborating with distributors on indirect sales
Promote the product portfolio, including terminal blocks, relays, power supplies, and cabinet solutions
Coordinate with marketing, product management, and customer service to align strategies and drive improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field
Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial automation, panel building, switchgears/substations, or BMS-related industries
Established network within the panel builder or system integrator community, with existing contacts in local EPC, M&E, or government sectors
Own vehicle required to facilitate customer visits and field activities
Preferred: experience pursuing EPC or government tender/project opportunities
