About the Role
Whyte Cleon Limited is seeking an Account & Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, manage strategic client relationships, lead sales initiatives, mentor team members, and ensure successful delivery of promotional marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Manage key client accounts and build long-term stakeholder relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and develop growth plans
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales and account management teams
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Oversee project execution for client satisfaction and profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaign delivery and reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Develop account growth strategies and retention plans
- Provide sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales, Account Management, or Agency Operations
- Proven track record leading high-performing sales teams and achieving revenue targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Promotional products or agency industry experience is an added advantage
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills
