This position works with management to drive solutions that improve customer service and reduce transportation costs. The Account Supervisor will be responsible for managing all operation execution for a premier dedicated contract customer within the Cranberry Township/Pittsburgh area. Customer service, driver management, on-time delivery and problem-solving skills are the key components to this role.

- Responsible for routing and driver performance: route planning, staffing levels/freight volume forecasting and equipment availability
- Ensure standard operating procedure
- Directly involved with daily workflow including route assignments
- Manage communication with the customer and drivers (delivery and/or back haul locations)
- Prepare required reports for Aim management
- Comply with DOT regulations and Aim policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years’ experience in transportation driver management
- CDL A Preferred
