Job Description:

Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact for Client's various comms/strategy initiatives across their business (lead daily communications across Agency teams & clients).
Translate brand goals/business objectives into campaign specific strategies
Collaborate with various Agency teams to ensure cohesive, effective campaigns
Proactively identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and improvement
Manage all workstreams with clarity, efficiency, and accountability
Oversee timelines, approvals, and deliverables across campaigns
Offer insights and recommendations to elevate client and agency relationship
Navigate complex client challenges and provide innovative solutions
Anticipate and troubleshoot challenges, maintaining agility in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
5+ years Acct Mgmt experience in Advertising Agency
Proven expertise in managing production/budgets
Exceptional client service skills with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset
Adept at juggling multiple complex projects with meticulous attention to detail
Confident communicator who can lead presentations/meetings
Team player with a collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial energy
Must be agile, organized, efficient and creative

To Commensurate with Experience
