Accountant – Accounting Operations
We are seeking an Accountant to join our Accounting Operations team. In this role, you will support a variety of accounting activities across multiple entities and regions while working closely with finance professionals around the world.
This position offers broad exposure to accounting processes, international collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives. As business needs evolve, the scope of the role may expand into different accounting areas, providing excellent opportunities for learning and professional growth.
What You'll Do
- Support accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Maintain supporting documentation and assist with audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues and business partners across multiple countries and functions.
- Contributes to process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
- Participate in projects, transitions, and other finance activities as business needs evolve.
What We're Looking For
- High school / BS / MS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous accounting or finance experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
