Accountant

Job Summary:

The Accountant is responsible for recording daily financial transactions, preparing key financial reports, and ensuring that all expenses and revenues are properly documented in accordance with accounting standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and process payment vouchers and receipts.
• Record income and expenditure transactions into the accounting system.
• Prepare monthly payroll and staff-related expense summaries.
• Assist in preparing financial statements such as Profit & Loss (P&L), Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.
• Maintain supporting documents and relevant accounting records.
• Assist in preparing audit documents and other financial reports as needed.
• Keep and organize all financial documents systematically.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.

• Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.).

• Attention to detail and high sense of responsibility.

• Good organizational and teamwork skills.
