Qallification :

Essentioal Qualification : B.com. from recognized university of Inda, over 50 % Marks.

Desirable Qualification if required : M.Com., MBA (finance), or a diploma/certificate in accounting or taxation, knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and computerized accounting systems.

Experience : For direct recruitment having 2 years Experience in accounting using software and tax compliance

Experience in government department /university/company reputed public limited or private limited companies would be given preference .

Hands on knowledge of accounting, Working experience on Tallly accounting Software erp-9

Role and responsibility : Data entry of vouchers in accounting software, preparation of vouchers, receipts, cheques and depositing cheques in bank. Data Entry in financial management information system Manual book keeping in units where manual accounts are being kept.

Of compilation of accounts on monthly basis and preparation of trail balance and income and. Expenditure account, statement expenditure on monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Regular and ongoing reconciliation of bank accounts, inter unit accounts, current asset accounts etc.

To assist in concurrent audit and statutory audit and in replying to auditors quaries related to backlog period accounting entries.

Checking and processing of invoices, bills and documents received from govt. Hospital medical colleges and pvt. Hospitals for payment.

Key Skills : Accounting principles , book keeping, tally or similar accounting software, ms skills, and attention to detail.
