CONNECT ENERGY (THAILAND) CO., LTD. is an internationally accredited recruitment solutions and services consultancy. Now we're looking for Accountant as detail below;

Status: Permanent
Location: Asoke, Bangkok

Responsibility:

• Manage and monitor all Accounts Payable function such as vendor, employees and other related expenses of company by using internal software and other programs.
• Review petty cash operation for prepare and record transactions.
• Ensuring bills and relevant expenses are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
• Monitor and Follow up on cash advance/clearing, urgent payment request and submit document.
• Processing due invoices for payments.
• Oversee all payment transactions and all tax-related process (Withholding Tax, PND 3, 53, VAT(PP30)) to submit to The Revenue Department.
• Prepare Bank reconcile for month end closing.
• Preform month and end closing process and reconciliation of the ledgers.
• Maintain database containing vendors' details (payment terms, bank account, etc.) for payment
• Processing reference. Update payment terms and other agreements with external vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance or related filed.
• At least 3 years experience in Account AP.
• Good computer literacy (Excel, Power point).
• Both abilities to work independently and with a team in accuracy and timeliness.
