Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with a focus on managing financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial data, preparing reports, and assisting with audits. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable. - Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards. - Ensure compliance with GST regulations and timely filing of returns. - Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. - Assist in the preparation of tax returns, including TDS calculations and submissions. - Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making. - Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and reviews. Required Skills: - Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Tally. - Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance, especially GST and TDS. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication skills to effectively convey financial information.
