Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in the Wholesale & Retail Distribution sector, specifically focusing on E-Commerce Liquidation Stocks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities: - Handle GST Returns including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, along with TDS filing to ensure timely compliance with tax obligations. - Perform day-to-day accounting entries using Tally Prime, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data. - Conduct bank reconciliations and vendor/customer reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. - Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking. - Assist in ledger scrutiny and provide support for finalization of accounts. - Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for audit and taxation processes, ensuring all financial practices align with regulatory standards. Required Skills: - Proficiency in GST and TDS regulations. - Experience with Tally Prime for accounting tasks. - Strong skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
