Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, particularly in relation to GST, TDS, and taxation. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and performing bank reconciliations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports. - Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments. - Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records. - Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations. - Maintain ledgers and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately. - Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support. Required Skills: - Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Tally. - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation regulations. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
