ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team on a part-time basis.

This is a hybrid position. You will work in our Colorado Springs office two to three days per week and remotely on the remaining days. This role is responsible for preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, and helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

$28 - $30/hour (DOE)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Maintain and analyze accounting records and account activity
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Review financial information for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with accounting operations and process improvements
• Coordinate accounting activities with other departments
• Research and resolve accounting issues as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
• Provide support and guidance to team members as needed
