Requirements
Around 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field.
Deeper payroll knowledge including aggregated working time would be an advantage.
Good understanding of accounting processes.
Good English communication skills.
Good analytical, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
Manage financial transactions and ensure accurate accounting records and documentation.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and support period-end closing activities.
Assist with VAT, PIT, CIT, SSC, withholding and other taxes, statutory reporting and audit requirements.
Perform internal controls and fixed asset accounting, including depreciation, additions and disposals.
Control payroll process starting from hiring (Sodra and other reporting) ending dismissal.
Review task completed by accounting company - make relevant corrections and adjustments.
Support process improvements and maintain accounting procedures and documentation.
Collaborate with finance teams across different locations and functions.
Nice to have
Experience with Odoo or other accounting systems would be an advantage.
