Job Title: Accountant / Inventory Officer
Location: Lagos

Salary: ₦150,000 per month

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant / Inventory Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accounting duties including tax compliance, supervise all transactions, inventory management and supplies.

Key Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting and inventory management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Good knowledge of taxation, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and inventory control.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage inventory records and monitor stock levels for apartment supplies and operational items.
* Prepare accurate financial reports, maintain proper accounting records, and perform bank reconciliations.
* Supervise, reconcile, and account for all front desk cash and other payment transactions.
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support statutory filings and financial audits.
* Monitor operational expenses, manage supplies, and ensure effective financial controls across the business.
