Accountant Manager

As an Accountant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting department, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. - Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. - Handle tax-related matters, including TDS and GST compliance, ensuring timely filing and payment. - Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. - Utilize accounting software such as Tally to maintain accurate financial records and generate reports. - Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes. - Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial processes to identify areas for improvement. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software. - Familiarity with tax regulations, including TDS and GST. - Experience in payroll processing and salary management. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and leadership abilities.
