Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with a focus on GST, TDS, and taxation. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and trial balances. - Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. - Manage GST and TDS calculations and submissions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations. - Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. - Support the accounting team in bookkeeping and other financial tasks as needed. - Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes. Required Skills: - Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Tally. - Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other taxation regulations. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication skills to effectively convey financial information.
