What You’ll Do

As part of our accounting team, you’ll play an important role in supporting the financial operations of our growing organization.

• Prepare, review, and record financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll-related accounting processes.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules.
• Help maintain strong internal controls and compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve discrepancies and support business operations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who combines strong accounting skills with a positive attitude, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to excellence.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Have previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar financial role.
• Understand accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
• Are proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Have excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Can balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Enjoy solving problems and finding ways to improve processes.
• Communicate effectively and enjoy working with others.
• Take initiative, demonstrate accountability, and bring a solutions-oriented mindset to your work.

Even Better If You Have:

• CPA certification or are working toward certification.
• Experience with month-end close, audits, or financial analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or integrated accounting platforms.
• Experience in a growing, multi-location organization.
