Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, accounting activities and financial reporting.

The successful candidate will manage daily accounting functions, monitor company expenses, prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the company's daily accounting and financial operations.

2. Prepare monthly financial statements, management accounts and financial reports.

3. Monitor company income, expenditure, cash flow and operating costs.

4. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and payment processing.

5. Prepare monthly payroll records and coordinate employee salary payments.

6. Monitor cleaning service contracts, customer invoices and outstanding payments.

7. Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.

8. Monitor expenses relating to cleaning equipment, cleaning materials, transportation and manpower.

9. Ensure accurate accounting records and proper documentation.

10. Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents and government authorities.

11. Ensure compliance with Singapore financial regulations, tax requirements and accounting standards.

12. Provide financial advice and recommendations to management to improve business profitability.
