Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, particularly in relation to payables, receivables, and reconciliations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. - Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. - Prepare and maintain accruals and other necessary accounting entries. - Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, preparing necessary documentation and filings. - Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as required. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Experience with GST and TDS compliance. - Proficiency in managing accounts payable and receivable. - Excellent reconciliation skills. - Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
