Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. The Accountant will play a crucial role in the month-end closing process, preparing journal entries, and reconciling bank statements. Additionally, the candidate will assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, and will be involved in capital expenditure (capex) reporting and management. The Accountant will also be responsible for generating management information system (MIS) reports to support decision-making processes. Key responsibilities include maintaining the general ledger, preparing and posting journal entries, conducting month-end closing activities, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel is essential.
