- Requirements:
- Advance Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in UK accounting and Australian experience will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently & Quick Learner
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

- Role:
- Handling the Accounts payable function
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts Prepare and process electronic fund transfers (EFT), BPAY, cheques, and credit card payments
- Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
- Process employee payroll in line with HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) requirements
- Month End Journal postings
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations including UK VAT returns, RTI submission and payroll tax
- Maintain the general ledger, journals, and subsidiary accounts
- Perform regular supplier, and ledger reconciliation
