Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in accounting. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of daily accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain daily sales and purchase entries to ensure accurate financial tracking. - Prepare and maintain bills and invoices, ensuring timely processing and accuracy. - Update payment and receipt entries to reflect current financial status. - Maintain expense records and vouchers to support financial reporting. - Work with basic Tally and MS Excel to manage accounting tasks efficiently. - Assist with bank entries and bank reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy. - Maintain accounting documents and financial records in an organized manner. The ideal candidate should be highly energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn new things. This position offers a shift from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM, with Sundays off. Salary is negotiable and will be determined based on company standards.
