From Grupo Crit Barcelona Delegation, we are looking for an Accountant with advanced mastery of Excel for an important educational institution in Catalonia. The selected person will be part of this institution's accounting team, providing support in the following functions:
What you'll do
- Management of the complete accounting cycle: recording and accounting of invoices, banks, expenses, and accounting operations.
- Bank reconciliations and account reviews, ensuring correct imputation and balancing of balances.
- Preparation and analysis of financial and accounting reports, using advanced Excel for data processing.
- Creation and maintenance of advanced spreadsheets, using pivot tables, macros, formulas such as XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, filters, and data cross-referencing.
- Support in monthly and annual accounting closings, preparation of documentation, and monitoring of possible deviations.
What we're looking for
- Catalan / Spanish bilingual level, an intermediate level of English will be positively valued
- Excel advanced level (a practical test will be performed)
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
- Availability for immediate start
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting tasks (invoicing, taxes, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision
- Very good public transport connections to reach the workplace

What you'll get
- Permanent contract
- Salary to be agreed upon according to experience, range between €25,000 and €30,000 per year
- 40h weekly contract
- Schedule from Monday to Friday from 09h to 18h

- On-site work in the center of Barcelona (total remote work during educational break periods)
