Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in Tally and experience in managing accounts. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations, including TDS. You will also conduct internal audits and stock audits to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update financial records using Tally software. - Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including TDS calculations and submissions. - Conduct internal audits to assess the accuracy of financial data. - Perform stock audits to verify inventory levels and valuations. - Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Tally and accounting software. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. - Experience with TDS and tax compliance. - Knowledge of internal and stock auditing processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
