Accountant

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with a focus on trade finance and banking operations. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. - Manage bank reconciliations and ensure timely processing of deposits. - Handle taxation matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely filing of returns. - Utilize Tally ERP and SAP for financial management and reporting. - Conduct MIS reporting to provide insights into financial performance and support decision-making. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
