Rare Food Shop Accounting Admin
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation
Support tax filing and audit processes through data gathering and coordination
Track and verify company expenses, including travel and client meeting costs
Record and monitor accounts payable and receivable
Post customer payments (cash, checks, and transfers)
Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients regarding payments
Handle customer concerns related to billing, collections, and refunds
Reconcile customer accounts and process credit memos or adjustments
Investigate account discrepancies and resolve short payments or disputes
Maintain accurate records and update databases
Collaborate with sales and management for account resolution when needed
Help reduce overdue balances and improve collection timelines
Requirements
A graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Strong attention to detail and basic analytical skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Willing to work on-site at our Sucat, Parañaque office
