ACCOUNTING CLERK (M/F/X) Accounting Clerk Do you have experience in accounting and financial administration? We are looking for an organized, meticulous person with analytical skills to join our team as an Accounting Clerk, playing a key role in the economic and financial management of the company. Main functions Accounting and administrative management Recording of supplier and customer invoices. Registration and recording of receipts and payments. Management and filing of invoices, banks, and administrative documentation. Entry and updating of accounting information in the system. Review and validation of financial documentation. Payment and tax management Monitoring and compliance with payments in a timely and proper manner. Settlement and filing of taxes. Control of deadlines and financial obligations. Bank management and reconciliation. Financial control and analysis Organization of the accounting to faithfully reflect the financial situation of the company. Classification of accounting accounts by products, departments, or cost centers. Preparation and monitoring of amortization schedules. Profitability analysis by area and preparation of reports for decision-making. Control and monitoring of income and expenses. Fiscal and regulatory support Support in the management of fiscal documentation and regulatory compliance. Collaboration in audits and accounting reviews when necessary. Requirements Training in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar. Previous experience in an administrative-accounting position. Proficiency in IT tools and accounting management software.
