Accounting & Billing Specialist — U.S. Client

About the role

We’re looking for an Accounting & Billing Specialist to support the financial operations of a U.S.-based client.

If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable working in English, and can take ownership of financial processes, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end billing cycles (invoicing, tracking, reconciliation)

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Perform bank and account reconciliations

• Support financial reporting

• Communicate directly with U.S. stakeholders

• Ensure accuracy across financial processes

Requirements

Must have:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, billing, AP/AR

• English B2 (written and verbal)

• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently

Nice to have:

• Experience with U.S. clients

• Basic knowledge of GAAP

• BPO experience
