Accounting Analyst
We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Accounting Analyst to join our growing finance team. This role will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong control processes, and managing accounting operations across multiple global entities. As part of a small, dynamic team, you will take ownership of complex financial tasks, gaining exposure to diverse challenges and strategic initiatives during a pivotal moment for the company.
The ideal candidate has solid experience in accounting and transaction recording across different geographies and is eager to contribute and grow in a dynamic entertainment environment.
This role is based in CABA, Buenos Aires (hybrid)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Bookkeeping – Execute the entry of journal entries, account reconciliations, and transaction reviews accurately and efficiently, following established accounting processes.
Spreadsheet Proficiency – Use Excel and Google Sheets to organize, analyze, and report data efficiently.
Reporting & Analysis – Prepare accurate financial reports and analyses to ensure proper validation of records.
Communication – Maintain clear and open communication with team members and vendors, providing timely updates and ensuring smooth coordination.
Administrative Management – Manage multiple email inboxes across entities, ensuring proper follow-up and accurate registration of all financial transactions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
At least 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in a dynamic environment with multi-entity and multi-currency operations.
Experience at a Big Four firm is a strong plus.
Experience using an ERP system is a must; familiarity with NetSuite is a big plus, with the ability to leverage technology to optimize accounting processes.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with strong data analysis capabilities is a must.
Results & Detail Orientated – Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and deliver accurate, high-quality work.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and changes.
Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
