Job summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented accounting & reporting professional - international markets to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key responsibilities
Financial accounting
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, accruals, and provisions
Ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes within agreed timelines
Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and accounting estimates
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies
Financial reporting
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
Deliver management reports with clear variance analysis and commentary
Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data across systems and reports
Business & stakeholder support
Partner with FP&A, commercial, and operations teams to ensure alignment between accounting and business performance
Provide accounting guidance on complex transactions
Support new business initiatives, system implementations, and process improvements
Systems & process improvement
Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency
Support ERP implementations, upgrades, or automation initiatives
Ensure data integrity and strong documentation of accounting policies and procedures
Team & leadership
Supervise, coach, and develop accounting team members
Review team output and ensure high-quality deliverables
Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting
Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
