Currently, from the MARTORELL delegation, we are looking for an ACCOUNTING AND TREASURY TECHNICIAN WITH ITALIAN PART-TIME 20 HOURS, for CERVELLO

What you'll do

• Comprehensive accounting management: Full accounting cycle, trial balances, sums and balances, reconciliation, and payroll accounting.
• Periodic closings: preparation of financial statements for all monthly and annual closings.
• Billing control: Supervision of correct importation from the management software, avoiding duplication of received invoices.
• Document management: Guaranteeing perfect access to and filing of all expense vouchers linked to payments.
• Fixed assets: Up-to-date maintenance of the depreciation schedule, managing the registration and disposal of assets.
• Statistics: Preparation of INE surveys if the administration requires it.
• Billing regulations: Application of different billing scenarios (withholding obligations, operations without VAT, etc.).
• Tax preparation; Facilitating the necessary information for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes.
• International trade: Management and collection of data for the monthly Intrastat presentation, customs, and freight forwarder control.
• Digitization: Application of the Verifactu system and the latest electronic invoicing developments.
• Banks and cards: Control, reconciliation, and daily monitoring of bank accounts and credit cards (in inquiry mode).
• Collections and claims: Generation of collection remittances, monitoring of customer balances, and active claim of non-payments.
• Suppliers: Management and execution of payments to suppliers and external services.
• Planning: Preparation and maintenance of short and medium-term treasury forecasts

What you'll get

Contract: Permanent with a probationary period

Schedule: 4 flexible hours daily from 8:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday

Salary: According to collective agreement 16K

Treasury and Collections/Payments Management

Profile we are looking for.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in advanced accounting and treasury positions.

Technical knowledge: Proficiency in management tools (ERP) and fluency in familiarizing oneself with new accounting programs.

Legal updates: Solid knowledge of current tax regulations, the Electronic Invoicing Law, and the Verifactu system.

Skills: Methodical person, with great attention to detail, organized, and with communication skills for the claim of non-payments.

Italian- Intermediate/Advanced Level - B2 level. Ability to write emails, understand financial reports, and have regular contact with the Group's Financial Director in Italy
