Job Summary

Responsible for recording, uploading and posting of transactions in Trust General Ledger (Trust GL) System and Global Plus System and computation Net Asset Value per unit.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Opening of Current Account/Savings Account (CASA) for new Trust Accounts
• Prepares/generates management and regulatory reports.
• Computes for the daily Net Asset Value per unit (NAVpu)
• Settlement of UITF and encoding/posting of transactions in Global Plus.
• Performs start of day / end of day activities in Global Plus
• Performs day to day activities in Trust GL
• Monitors closed accounts
• Performs month end closing activities
• Ensures proper upkeep of work area and equipment assigned
• Complies to internal / external policies
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior

Qualifications

• College graduate of BS Accountancy or any related field
• Preferably, with experience in accounting related business or similar nature; fresh graduates may apply
• Required Skills: Adequate background and understanding of accounting; knowledge in accounting tools and techniques (e.g. MS Office software)
• Organized, systematic, and analytical; requires minimum supervision; team player
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
