Accounting Assistant

About the role

At CE Consulting, we are selecting Accounting Assistants to provide support to the Economic-Financial Department of a major NGO.

Your mission will be to guarantee the correct recording of all the organization's economic operations and the associated document management.

The selected person will join in an inplant modality, hired by us (CE Consulting), but providing services at the offices of a renowned Third Sector entity.

What you'll do

●Support in performing accounting entries (information verification, computer recording, review…)

●Issuance and accounting of invoices.

●Basic reconciliation of accounts (banks, personnel, debtors…).

●Correction of records.

●Management of files and documentation (contracts, payroll, bank statements, physical bank mail, vouchers and certificates...)

●Filing of documentation.

●General administrative support to the area.

What we're looking for

●Training related to the economic-financial area (Vocational Training or higher)

●Previous experience as an accounting assistant linked to the financial/accounting area. We value very positively previous experience within the third sector or similar (NGOs, foundations, etc).

●Experience in: recording simple entries, invoicing, basic reconciliations, accounting and issuance of invoices, management of payments - collections, etc.

●High level of Excel.

●Knowledge of office automation.

●Attention to detail and organizational capacity.

●Interest and sensitivity oriented towards social projects.

What you'll get

●Full-time.

●6-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension.

●Schedule from 8:00h to 17:00h Monday to Thursday and from 8:00h to 15:00h on Fridays.

●Intensive working day in summer.

●SMI salary (Minimum Wage)

●Joining in an inplant modality, hired by us (CE Consulting) but providing service to the end client.

●Full-time.
