1.Accounting/ Bookkeeping

• Define Structure of Accounts
• Book incoming and outgoing invoices
• Generate P&L and Balance Sheet (has to be validated by CPA)
• Controlling reports to mother company
• GST declaration
• Manage bank transactions

2.Order Management

• Create Customer Invoices
• Create Product Orders to mother companies
• Generate Management Reports
• Manage Customer Data in ERP system
• Manage License Data in ERP system
• Packaging stock take, Shipping arrangement
• Timely reporting

3.Marketing Administration

• Organize Office Administration
• Organize Administration of exhibitions
• Support Localization of Marketing Material

Required Skills:

• Education and Experience in Bookkeeping
• Structured way of working
• English language skills
• Chinese language skill is a plus
