Accounting Assistant (Part Time)

Directs the activities of teams/shifts of production workers across different shifts/and or work areas so that the established production targets, including volume, cost, safety and quality measures are met. Determines manufacturing priorities based on established weekly/monthly production schedules. Leads very large teams, directly and indirectly, which include operators and technicians.

Accounting Coordinator (Part Time)

Location: West Whiteland, Pennsylvania, USA

The role:

• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and financial reporting processes.

• Maintain compliance with purchase-to-pay controls and review payment batches, cash receipts and wire transactions.

• Administer procurement card processes and support reconciliation of balance sheet, intercompany and customer accounts.

• Assist with external audits, tax filings and sales tax compliance activities.

• Support annual stocktake activities and provide accounting support across the West Whiteland site.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance accounting efficiency and control.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Experience in accounting, finance or bookkeeping, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Understanding of purchase-to-pay processes and financial controls.

• Strong PC skills with experience using ERP systems such as JD Edwards or SAP considered advantageous.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines with a high level of accuracy.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and fact-based problem-solving abilities.
