Processes fuel invoices and bills of lading, inputs data into accounting systems, and handles customer inquiries for a regional oil company.

The successful candidate will be trained to perform the following tasks.
Essential Functions
- Read and understand fuel bills of lading and invoices
- Input bills of lading and supplier invoices into the account system
- Invoice fuel customers using the accounting system
- Review delivery documents and invoices for accuracy
- Respond to fuel customers and questions as needed
Assist Controller and Assistant Controller as needed
