Accounting Clerk

Located in the heart of Napa Valley, Alila Napa Valley blends luxury, sustainability, and a genuine sense of care. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our Finance Department.
The Accounting Clerk reports directly to the Director of Finance and is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Accounting and Finance Department.
The hourly range for this position is $23.00 - $29.90. This is the pay range that Alila Napa Valley reasonable expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors including experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform data entry for invoices, vendor records, and journal entries.
- Assist with filing, scanning and organizing financial documentation.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes under the guidance of the Assistant Finance Manager or Director of Finance.
- Help with basic reconciliations and preparation of financial packets or reports.
- Monitor department email inboxes and respond to routine inquiries from vendors or other departments.
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports as directed.
- Assist with distributing and logging checks and other financial documents,
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial records.
