Accounting Clerk

About the role

At IMAN, we offer you the opportunity to be part of a company in the chemical sector, specialized in the industrial supply of pipes and related components for conveying liquids and abrasive materials, located in Sant Boi de Llobregat. You will be a key piece providing support to the Administration and Accounting department, contributing to the proper functioning of the company's financial and administrative processes.

What you'll do

What duties will you perform?

• You will monitor customer collections.
• You will manage the accounting and tracking of staff travel expenses.
• You will carry out bank reconciliations.
• You will process payments to suppliers.
• You will record basic supplier invoices.
• You will support the rest of the administrative team in the department's daily tasks.
• You will collaborate in document and administrative management, ensuring the proper flow of information.

What we're looking for

What will make you succeed in this role?

• Bringing at least 2 years of experience in an accounting or financial administration department.
• Training in Administration and Finance, Accounting, or a related field will be valued.
• Being proficient in the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.
• Having organizational and planning skills.
• Showing attention to detail and a quality-oriented approach.
• Working with responsibility, autonomy, and ease of collaborating as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of English will be valued, although it is not essential.

What you'll get

What do we offer?

• Salary: €16,500 gross per year (6h) €22,000 gross per year (8h)

How you'll work

• Contract: Temporary through a staffing agency with the possibility of joining the permanent staff.
• Schedule: Part-time employment of 6 hours daily, in the morning shift with the possibility of moving to 8 hours.
