Accounting Clerk

We are currently seeking an Entry Level Accounts Payable Clerk to join our dynamic team!

What You’ll Do Daily:

• Verify and process vendor invoices into the A/P System.
• Maintain vendor files.
• Answer vendor telephone calls and email inquiries.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist employees and customers by answering questions related to accounts payable/receivable procedures.
• Any other duties related to the accounting function as needed.
• Various administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying etc.
