Accounting Consultant

Overview

Bolder Adventure Park is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on accounting experience while working directly with the Owner and CEO. The Accounting Intern will support weekly financial and operational reporting, reconciliations, and other accounting-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Update and maintain weekly financial reports, including:

• Sales reports
• Labor reports
• Marketing data summaries

· Perform bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.

· Assist with general accounting tasks in QuickBooks Online.

· Build and refine data-driven reports in Microsoft Excel, utilizing:

• Pivot tables
• VLOOKUP formulas
• SUMIF formulas
• Other advanced reporting functions.

· Support special accounting projects and analysis as assigned.
